 First ever sig

Well this is my first ever made sig (made in like 10 mins, don't flame)
Alright. I need peoples' suggestions and help. What do I need to improve on so on and so forth.





Edit: Also, how do you resize layers in PhotoShop4?

its not bad but just read some more tuts and to resize it (because it does need to resized) hit CTRL+T

I found out how to resize Razz
Anyone know some good tuts? All I find are ones with outdated links...
